Day 2
DAGALA THOUSAND LAKES HELICOPTER EXPERIENCE

After breakfast, depart for an unforgettable Himalayan adventure in partnership with Heli Bhutan. Board your helicopter and soar above Bhutan's pristine landscapes, where forested valleys, winding rivers, remote monasteries, and rugged mountain peaks unfold beneath you. Your destination is the spectacular Dagala Thousand Lakes region, one of Bhutan's most beautiful alpine environments, known for its crystal-clear lakes, vast mountain scenery, and remarkable sense of tranquillity.

Upon landing, enjoy a scenic gourmet picnic surrounded by the untouched beauty of the high Himalayas. Accompanied by a carefully selected bottle of wine, this unique experience offers the perfect opportunity to relax, take in the extraordinary surroundings, and appreciate a side of Bhutan rarely seen by visitors. Day 3
BHUTANESE ART, TRADITIONS & LOCAL FLAVOURS

Begin the day with a leisurely breakfast overlooking the forested hills surrounding The Postcard Hotel. The morning is yours to enjoy at your own pace, whether relaxing by the heated pool, taking advantage of the wellness facilities, or simply enjoying the peaceful mountain setting. Following lunch, journey into Thimphu to explore the fascinating world of Bhutanese thangka painting. At a traditional gallery, skilled artists will share the history, symbolism, and craftsmanship behind these intricate sacred artworks, a practice that has been preserved for centuries.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in the creative process, adding colour and detail to your own thangka design to take home as a meaningful reminder of your time in Bhutan. In the evening, enjoy a visit to The Wine Stop for a Bhutan Wine Company tasting experience. Discover how Bhutan's unique climate and landscapes influence the country's emerging wine production while sampling a selection of locally crafted wines. The experience is complemented by a specially prepared dinner showcasing regional ingredients and flavours inspired by the Himalayan kingdom.

Day 4
THOUGH THE MOUNTAINS TO PUNAKHA

After breakfast, depart Thimphu by private SUV and journey towards the fertile valley of Punakha. The drive is considered one of Bhutan's most scenic routes, winding through pine forests, traditional villages, and dramatic mountain landscapes. Along the way, cross the famous Dochula Pass, home to 108 chortens and panoramic views of the Himalayan range on clear days, offering one of the country's most memorable viewpoints. PUNAKHA'S CULTURAL TREASURES

Begin the morning with breakfast overlooking the beautiful Punakha Valley before setting out to explore the magnificent Punakha Dzong.
